Every year KIMUAK presents the best Basque short films, which have been
at exground filmfest on and off. This year it’s not just exground
jubilee, KIMUAK has its 15th edition. A good reason to show BEST OF
KIMUAK – nine short films of the past four years. Together with THE
GREAT RACE, which in 2011 was nominated for the European Film Award,
you’ll see little masterpieces about "bought" grannies and gramps,
misunderstood friendship for life and ducks in film. And all of that
100% Basque!

Goethe University Frankfurt/Main and Txema Muñoz and Esther Cabero of
