Within the framework of our country-in-focus program Swiss artist Nora de Baan presents her Cinéma-Vérité-program "Kino à la Minute". With an old film projector, a tiny screen and a collection of found-footage loops she creates an entirely new cinema experience – totally non-corporate. The one person-audience sits across the projector in a cinema chair and names a film of their choice. While the projectionist looks for a loop from the collection, she starts telling the story of the film. Each screening lasts just a few minutes and develops spontaneously, but the experience will last forever. The "Kino à la Minute" gets "custom tailored" for each one-person audience, each screening one of a kind.
