Biography: Kerstin Achenbach, born in 1966 in Siegerland/Germany, studied film and dramatics in Erlangen and Berlin, yet kept working in journalism and film. In 1996, she got a degree as media consultant. Since 1999, she has been working for the German TV channels 3sat and zdf.kultur.
