Nils snow ploughs the wild winter mountains of Norway, and is recently awarded Citizen of the Year. When his son is murdered for something he did not do, Nils wants revenge. And justice. His actions ignites a war between the vegan gangster "The Count" and the Serbian mafia boss "Papa". Winning a blood feud isn’t easy. Especially not in welfare state. But Nils has something going for him: heavy machinery and beginner’s luck.

Biography: Hans Petter Moland, born 1955 in Oslo/Norway, studied film at Emerson College in Boston and has been working as a director for over 20 years, making commercials and feature films which include performances by Stellan Skarsgård. His second feature, ZERO KELVIN, was awarded a special mention by the jury at San Sebastián. ABERDEEN won the main prize at the Nordic Film Days in Lübeck. THE BEAUTIFUL COUNTRY, A SOMEWHAT GENTLE MAN and IN ORDER OF DISAPPEARANCE were screened in the Berlinale’s competition. In 2012, he made his first documentary, WHEN BUBBLES BURST.
