In October 2008, at the peak of financial crisis, the head of state visits an art academy. Philosopher Peter Sloterdijk and headmaster Peter Weibel await him nervously. The film is a 34 -minute clipping of this meeting. A universal setting: the statesman, dignitary meets a group of representatives. They talk art and increasingly economy. The attempt of communication under high pressure. Those involved are tense. Details vanish, simplifications take over.
