Once again exground filmfest presents the best of last European short films. In cooperation with the European Film Academy 15 festivals from Berlin to Venice nominate films for the European Short Film Award, which was given in Tallinn, Estonia in December 2010. SHORT MATTERS –TEIL I has the winning films of the Cracow (Poland), Tampere (Finland), Berlin (Germany), Angers (France) and Sarajevo (Bosnia-Herzegovina) festivals.
