The soccer-crazy fans of St. Pauli, Kay and Bernd have the crazy idea, to go from Hamburg to the Cape of Good Hope for the soccer world championship 2010 in an 18-year old VW van. The adventure begins: thousands of kilometres thru the not always safe black continent in a car not always doing what it’s supposed to, while at home FC St. Pauli is on the verge of advancing to the premier league. Dangerous river crossings, technical problems and even a burning motor nicely shake up the timetable. Actually, where is the next TV set with satellite reception?
