The hectic, wild crossroad Pasay Rotonda in the sticky Philippine capital Manila serves as site for the story of a rampage. In the beginning everything takes its usual course in the labyrinth of the big city. The market-woman shows her little daughter, how to do business instead of sending her to school. The businessman finds out, that last night’s hooker is a man. The cabdriver refuses to drive a gay couple. When the bullets of an angry man start flying, the protagonists are doomed, and destiny inexorably takes its course.
