This documentary is about a dedicated Israeli lawyer fighting for the Beduins’ rights. Since their expulsion from the Negev desert in 1950 their living space and civil rights have been gradually restricted. They have been pushed into a valley near a highway. Around them ever more settlements with a good infrastructure arise, at least "tolerated" by Israel. The Beduins are confined to a depressing existence at the margins of society. Even their modest houses get destroyed again and again. The authorities motivate this with missing building permits without taking into account, that Beduins can’t even get a building permit in Israel. Everything is being done to drive them out of the Holy Land.
