8 films compete in the 8th Wiesbaden Youth Film Competition for the favor of the audience, which once more will determine the winner and next places. The prize money is again EUR 450, donated once again by the Landeszentrale für politische Bildung. Thank you very much! This year’s program offers six short fiction films, an experimental film and an animation – plus as many single works as never before. Only three films were directed collaboratively. The winner of Wiesbaden Youth Film-Competition 2011, Leon Kaczmarczyk, will show his new film. Will he stand a chance against the mighty contenders with THE DAY AFTER [DER TAG DANACH]?
