Vortex is a sound-art project (founded in 2008) by the musician Marcus Stiglegger. With organic field recordings, ethno percussions and dark drones he creates unique cinematic sound-scapes, which will be published on his fourth album "Moloch" (Cyclic Law) in near future.
Inspired by C.T. Dreyer’s gothic horror classic VAMPYR and aided by Oliver Freund on guitar, Vortex will breath new life into this morbid nightmare in the live performance at Murnau Filmtheater.
