Three deaf mute girls, members of the Iranian karate national team, are going to travel to Germanys in a few days for an international tournament. They are getting ready for the journey with much excitement when they find out their trip has been cancelled due to the lack of Islamic hijab. They desperately try to solve the problem in order to make their dream to become world champions come true.

Biography: Mahmoud Ghaffari was born in 1976 in Tehran/Iran. So far, he has made eight short and documentary films and has also worked as editor. Furthermore, he worked as a director assistant of Bahman Ghobadi for the movie HALF MOON. HAIR is his second feature film.
