An accreditation as trade visitor for exground filmfest is only possible if a professional interest in the festival visit can be verified. In case of doubt, we wilI be happy to give you additional information regarding this.
Accreditations are limited to 2 persons per institution / company. One form per accreditation needs to be filled out. It is crucial that each form carries not only a signature but also a company stamp. Furthermore, a passport picture needs to be included with the accreditation. Should you submit your accreditation via fax, a photo needs to be brought along to the festival or sent via e-mail to akkreditierung@exground.com.

The accreditation fee for trade visitors is 25 Euros. This includes an accreditation pass which enables you to visit all festival events (*), as well as a copy of the festival catalogue.
As of November 7, 2009, the accreditation fee is 30 Euros!
* Please note: The festivals reserves the right to limit the contingent of tickets for accredited persons. The accreditation does not include entry to exground filmfest’s German short film contest on November 22, 2009.
The accreditation fee is to be paid in cash when picking up the pass and festival documents at the Info Counter; located in the foyer of the Caligari FilmBühne (festival center), Marktplatz 9, 65183 Wiesbaden.
Deadline for accreditations is November 6, 2009.
