The bullet, which Hitler was trying to end his life with in 1945, missed his brain. Mad Nazi doctor Ilse von Blitzen saved the brain back then and now, in 1973 connects it to a huge computer. Hitler is seeking supremacy once again. Von Blitzen chose Dracula, the ruler of darkness, as accomplice – he knows the secret of eternal life. Here Captain Berlin comes in. He tried to kill Hitler back then and never believed in his suicide. Can the only real German superhero circumvent the dark plans?
