ALMOST ELVIS [KARAOKEKUNGEN]

The black comedy portrays loser Pirko turning karaoke-king over night. At 40 he cares about nothing, has neither taste nor friends. His pregnant girlfriend leaves him – she just can’t bear him any longer. When he collapses in a bar, he has an intuition, which leads him back to his hometown. His granny dies upon his visit. Devastated, he gets drunk and sings an Elvis song in the bar – and that makes the difference. As impersonation of the King he is loved, has friends and women want him. Even his girlfriend returns.
