Once again exground filmfest presents the best of last European short films. In cooperation with the European Film Academy 15 festivals from Berlin to Venice nominate films for the European Short Film Award, which was given in Tallinn, Estonia in December 2010. SHORT MATTERS – TEIL III screens awardees of Villa do Conde (Portugal), Grimstad (Norway), Locarno (Switzerland), Gent (Belgium) and Venice (Italy). For the second time in a row a Polish film won the European Short Film Award endowed with prize money of EUR 10,000: HANOI-WARSAW by Katarzyna Klimkiewicz.
