A regular at exground filmfest are Iranian short films. This year, we show six films – three world premieres and three German premieres. Of sad relevance is the Iranian-Iraqi coproduction ANTS APARTMENT, dealing with genocide, using the example of a Kurdish family. Other topics are the search for one’s own identity and family roots.
