exground filmfest once more presents the best, European short film had to offer last year. 15 festivals in cooperation with the European Film Academy award the nominations for the European Short Film Award, which was handed over in December 2013 in Berlin. Part II and III are shown right after this program at 8:00 pm and at 10:00 pm at Kulturpalast.
