The third part of the best, European short film had to offer at internationally renowned film festivals in 2013: this program presents further five out of the 15 nominated films. Who counted, will have noticed, that we can only show 14 out of 15 films nominated for the European Film Award. Unfortunately, due to license problems, the Krakow nomination LETTERS by Sergei Loznitsa can’t be shown.
