Biography: Ira Konyukhova, born 1984 in Udomlya/Russia, made her master’s degree in physics at the Moscow State University of Telecommunication and Informatics in 2007. Afterward she worked as project manager in a Moscow-based web-design company. In 2009, she moved to Germany; since 2011 she has been a student of fine arts, drawing and photography classes at the Kunsthochschule Mainz/Germany.
