When the cop envies the mad guy, who once a month cruelly murders girls, there’s something wrong in the city. When true love starts with a fork in the throat, there’s something wrong about this love. When the owner of a brothel loves the cop, there’s something wrong about the brothel. No time to worry about it. It’s Friday. The fourth in this month. At twelve sharp the killer "must" whack a woman. Everyone knows and sees to getting home as soon as possible. But not just the killer is out hunting.
A disturbed murderer, a totally manic victim and a mad cop are the protagonists of this wild piece of film and all three long for talking to the viewer directly. Which is utter fun.
