Sascha is a young woman, fearless, damn clever and at home in Scherbenpark (broken glass park). When a big newspaper portrays her mother's murderer as rueful sinner and tender artist soul, in a furor Sascha storms into the journalist Volker Trebur's office. He wants to make amends, and so Sascha all of a sudden finds herself in Trebur's life of the educated classes, including passive house and spoiled junior...

Biography: Biography: Her first feature-length film in 2007 was a surprisingly huge success for Bettina Blümner: the documentary PRINZESSINNENBAD, by now a cult movie, got the "Dialogue en Perspective” Award at Berlinale as well as the German Film Award. Before she had made short films: during her studies at Bauhaus University Weimar, Ludwigsburg Film Academy Baden-Württemberg and Escuela Internacional de Cine y Televisión in Cuba she made FOREVER YOUNG (1999), SOMMERSONNE (2001), WASH AND GO (2003), and DIE KETTE (2004).Her short film LA VIDA DULCE (2004) about Mother’s Day rites in Cuba got the German Board of Recommendations’ rating „Highly Recommended“.
