Does such a thing as a longing for work exist? And if so, does this longing eventually disappear?
The programme of the "film ab! 50" short film night consists of films dealing with the topics of losing, finding and looking for a job. In the course of the event the finalists will be presented to the public and the winning submissions will be awarded. Filmmakers of all ages have approached the topic of „work and age“ through careful portraits, bizarre comedies and critical utopias. No genre limitations were set. About 150 entries from over 20 countries were submitted to the contest that is hosted by the Federal Programme „Perspektive 50plus“ (contact: www.perspektive50plus.de)
